Each location will take approximately 2-3 working days to complete the individual repairs. Pavement restoration will follow after a group of repairs have been completed. Repair locations in the Tree Section area will be completed first.

The contractor, Garcia Juarez Construction, Inc., will begin construction as early as August 15, 2011. During the construction period, a City representative will be available to provide assistance to residents/business owners and coordinate the work. Residents within the affected construction areas will be notified at least 72 hours in advance. The contractor will be permitted to work from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.

TRAFFIC IMPACTS
Due to the nature of the work, traffic lane closures may be required on occasion, but at least one lane of traffic will be maintained at all times. Parking restriction and street closure signs will be posted 72 hours prior at each location. The contractor is required to maintain access to residences; however, there may be times when access to some driveways is temporarily limited.
