Christmas Day and New Year's Day are holidays observed by both Waste Management (Refuse) and Athens Services (Street Sweeping).  However, only a modified street sweeping schedule will occur the weeks of December 26th - January 6th.  There is no change to the residential refuse schedule.

Refuse
There will be NO CHANGES to residential refuse collection during the holidays (Christmas and New Year's weeks).  All routes will be normal.  If you have additional questions regarding your refuse service please contact Waste Management directly at (310) 830-7100.  View the Waste Management holiday mailer included in your December/January utility bill.

Street Sweeping
There will be NO STREET SWEEPING on Monday, December 26, 2011 and Monday, January 2, 2012 in observance of the Christmas and New Year's holidays.
