Refuse and Street Sweeping Holiday Schedule

Memorial Day is a holiday observed by Waste Management and Athens Services, and therefore a modified refuse and street sweeping service schedule will be implemented.
Refuse
All residential collection for Monday, May 28th through Friday, June 1st will be delayed one day. For example, those who have scheduled refuse service on Monday will have their trash, recycling, and green waste picked up on Tuesday, May 29, 2012; and those who have scheduled refuse service on Friday will have their trash, recycling, and green waste picked up on Saturday, June 2, 2012 instead.
If you have additional questions regarding your refuse service please contact Waste Management directly at (310) 830-7100. Check out all the holidays observed by Waste Management which will affect service days.
Street Sweeping
Residential street sweeping will not occur on Monday, May 28th, and will not be made up. Tuesday - Friday routes will operate as usual.
