Under Section 54953 of the Brown Act, the City Council may use teleconferencing. The teleconferenced meeting or proceeding shall comply with all requirements of the Brown Act and all otherwise applicable provisions of law relating to a specific type of meeting or proceeding, including adding the following language to the agenda, and then posting a copy of the agenda at the remote location.
