The City of Manhattan Beach would like to welcome you to the Public Works Yard, located just off Rosecrans Avenue adjacent to the National Guard Armory, for an Open House event.

The family friendly event will give the community a hands-on experience with all that the Public Works department is involved in, including vehicle displays, aerial rides, and a GIS demonstration. The Open House will feature free giveaways, including mulch, nutrient rich compost, and palm trees (limited availability, call to reserve your palm tree today!).  

Light refreshments will be served, and prizes will be available at the various stations throughout the Public Works facility. Families are encouraged to attend to learn more about the services offered by the City, and take pictures with some of the heavy duty construction equipment.
