Art is a universal language that gives us a creative way to express and discover ourselves. Professional artist and owner of Art Zone Laura Krug uses art at this camp to broaden the worlds of young people, build self esteem, ignite creativity, develop life skills, reinforce academics and offer alternatives to inactivity. This camp will unlock creativity in children and give them an opportunity to explore new mediums.
Projects will include:
• clay workshops • paper making • tee shirt creations • monotype printmaking • drawing • face painting • Chinese New Year art party
Ages: 6 Years- 12 Years old Days: Wednesday through Friday
Advanced registration is required for this event. Please provide your child with their own lunch. Extended stay is also available for a minimal fee. Extended Stay Schedule: 8:00 AM -3:30 PM
