The Fire and Police Station Open House is an Annual Event held the second Saturday in May. The event coincides with Fire Service Week, National Police Week, and Police Memorial Week, and is a wonderful opportunity for the public to meet the men and women of the Fire Department and Police Department in Manhattan Beach.

The day's events include station tours, a Jaws of Life demo, a S.W.A.T. demo, vehicle displays, and many other things to see and do as well as food and drinks. It is a festival atmosphere with an emphasis on public safety and education.
