What is a Safety Workshop with Al Johnson and The Park Ranger?
Al Johnson (instructor for "Realistic Self Defense") and Park Ranger Brent Malatesta will discuss a variety of safety topics and how to avoid getting into dangerous situations. They will also give tips on realistic self defense techniques against blunt instruments, grabs, holds and punches. Participants will be taught how to become more aware of their surroundings and when it is appropriate to defend themselves.
