The City's contractor, CHI Construction, will begin new sewer manhole construction work on 36th PLACE between Bell Ave and Grandview Ave from Monday, June 22 through Friday, June 26, 2015 (Working Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday - Friday).

Traffic and parking along 36th Place will be extremely limited. 36th Place will be closed to through traffic as the work progresses during the excavation and construction of new sewer manhole. The sewer manhole work will take place adjacent to the gated entrance to the upper City Yard off of 36th Place. Residents will have limited driveway access during working hours while construction equipment is operating adjacent to the property. Road closures at Bell and Grandview Ave will be necessary to complete the work.

Construction is almost always an inconvenience; for that reason, your cooperation and patience during the sewer work will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and understanding.
