Hello Design Community and other Mansionization-interested parties,
The City Council has recently re-initiated review of the “Mansionization” Zoning Code Amendments. In 2013, the Planning Commission had made recommendations for minor clean-up amendments, and a significant change to the Open Space regulations, but the City Council deferred action on those items. On September 1, 2015, the City Council directed staff to proceed with the clean-up items and to get more community input on other items. An informal meeting to discuss the Mansionization issues listed below is scheduled for Monday, November 9th, at 3:00 PM, at City Hall, Council Chambers, 1400 Highland Avenue.
