Please join the Cultural Arts Division, high school artists, family and friends at the opening reception of the 36th Congressional District High School Art Competition, now on display at the Creative Arts Center.  Enjoy refreshments and the fine art works of high school students from the South Bay. This annual competition brings about the finest artistic achievement in our public schools and offers a rare opportunity for young artists' talents to be recognized and acknowledged. Prizes will be awarded for best of show and best of individual categories.
