The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program was designed to help people with arthritis to maintain joint flexibility, muscle strength and to help reduce the pain and stiffness associated with arthritis. With less pain, people with arthritis may be able to reduce their reliance on pain medication. Classes are taught by an Arthritis Foundation certified instructor who has received detailed training specifically to work with people with arthritis and receives ongoing training to remain current on the latest recommended exercises and arthritis information. Maximum 35 students. Instructor Victoria Johnson.
