This will be the 15th Annual Holiday Open House. Participating downtown merchants will keep their businesses open until 9:00 PM. Storefronts are decorated and judged during a window-decorating contest and carolers and strolling musicians will roam the streets. Santa is on hand, along with reindeer and elves available to take souvenir photos, create balloon animals and hats and other entertainment. Merchants will team up with downtown restaurants to provide refreshments and raffle prizes.
