Merchants along Highland Avenue between 32nd Street and 38th Street will host its Fourth Annual North Manhattan Beach Holiday Open House on Wednesday December 3rd beginning at 5:00 PM. Participating merchants will keep their businesses open until 10:00 PM. Stroll Highland Avenue for special discounts, entertainment and raffle tickets. Refreshments will be provided.
