The owner of the Manhattan Village Shopping Center at 3200-3600 Sepulveda Boulevard is proposing improvements that would increase retail space, restaurant space, and parking quantities. The Community Development Department will supervise the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report for the project. The purpose of the scoping meeting is to solicit public comments regarding issues to be addressed in the Draft Environmental Impact Report.
