Street Resurfacing Project - Cycle 2

What you should know about the project:

• The City of Manhattan Beach is in the design phase of the Street Resurfacing Project –Cycle 2, which includes resurfacing your street and rehabilitating corner curb ramps.
• Various streets within Areas 5 and 6 (click on map or download Street Resurfacing Project - Cycle 2 (PDF). The City anticipates being able to resurface all streets identified in blue.
• The design phase is underway. Once completed and bid, the project’s construction phase is expected to start in September 2022 and be completed by January 2023.
