Are you at risk for falling? You are not alone. If you are over the age of 55, you should be aware of simple ways to reduce your risk for falling. This eight week class, a joint effort between the City of Manhattan Beach and the Beach Cities Health District, will help you learn how to assess your risk for falling, improve your balance and build strength.
