The City of Manhattan Beach Parks and Recreation Department Teen Center Big Bear Snowboarding Trips are open to all middle school and high school students living in Manhattan Beach, attending Manhattan Beach schools or to students whose parents work in the City of Manhattan Beach. This overnight snowboarding trip includes lodging (boys and girls lodging will be separate), two full day ski lift tickets, all meals, transportation and supervision. Lodging will take place at Pine Summit, located across from Snow summit. All participants will have access to both parks, Bear mountain and Snow Summit. There are extensive terrain parks and many areas for beginners. Transportation will be provided by Adventures America charter bus service. Amenities on the bus include T.V.s, bathroom and reclining seats. Skiers are also welcome to join. Lessons are available at Bear Mountain Ski School for an additional fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Basket check and snowboard check are available at the mountain.

Departure: Wednesday at 2:00 PM    Return: Friday at 9:00 PM
Deadline: Four days prior to each trip date (NO REFUNDS AFTER REGISTRATION)
Pick Up: Manhattan Beach Teen Center at Manhattan Heights Community Center, 1600 Manhattan Beach Boulevard, Manhattan Beach.
