In February 2010, Southern California Edison will be replacing several aging transmission towers on the Chevron Refinery property which are located along the north side of Rosecrans Avenue between Highland Avenue and Sepulveda Boulevard. The towers will be replaced with steel poles of similar size.
What to expect:
- Portions of two westbound lanes on Rosecrans from Highland to Sepulveda will be closed.
- Construction will be between the hours of 6 A.M. to 8 P.M.
- Dust control, noise abatement and other environmental protection measures will be implemented at all times.
