Southern California Edison will be installing conduit along eastbound Rosecrans Avenue from Redondo Avenue to Manhattan Gateway in preparation to underground electrical wires along this site. A majority of the work will take place at night from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. After SCE removes the existing wires and poles, the City will subsequently widen the street in this area to provide an additional eastbound through lane (anticipated start date in January of 2016).
