Public Portal for Statements of Economic Interests
The City of Manhattan Beach offers Statements of Economic Interests online. Data within the public portal allows the public to view asset and income disclosures documents to ensure the avoidance of conflicts of interests. Data will be provided starting April 2018 online.
Public Records Online
The City of Manhattan Beach uses a digital archiving system known as OnBase. It is used by municipalities nationwide to retrieve and view electronic documents more efficiently and effectively. The City has various public records, such as City Council Agenda Packets, Minutes, Resolutions, Ordinances and Contracts available to view online.
Public Records Requests
The City of Manhattan Beach is committed to open and transparent government. The City Clerk's Office provides public records in accordance with the California Public Records Act. It is designed to give the public access to information in the possession of public agencies. Legal Requests
The City of Manhattan Beach is here to serve members of the public. For all legal requests the City Clerk's Office must be served during business hours. Such documents to be served include and is not limited to: Claim for Damages, Subpoenas, Notice of Depositions, Summons, and Other Legal Requests. The City Clerk's Office accepts service for all departments: Police Department, Fire Department, City Manager, City Attorney, City Clerk, Human Resources Department, Public Works Department, Community Development Department, Finance Department, Parks and Recreation Department, and Information Technology Department.
