Revenue Services Division

Revenue Services administers the collection of all City revenues, including: animal licenses, business licenses, central cashiering, collections, miscellaneous accounts receivable, parking citation payments, residential/commercial parking permit programs, transient occupancy tax from hotel rentals, and residential/commercial water service billings. Revenue Services staff is responsible for the analysis and creation of the City-wide user fees and cost allocation plan and also prepares the annual possessory interest report to the Los Angeles County Assessor. 

The primary goal of Revenue Services is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all Revenue Programs; to develop and analyze measures that promote fiscal sustainability by monitoring, protecting and increasing City resources.
