Department Vision Statement

Manhattan Beach Firefighters shall be innovated leaders in the fire service, engaged members in the community, and accountable and decisive in their actions.

Operations Section Vision Statement

Manhattan Beach Fire Department Personnel will move from a Fire Department, which also provides Emergency Medical Services, to an innovative, All Hazard Response Organization that engages the community and surrounding agencies to become a leader in all hazard response.

Logistics Vision Statement

The Logistics Division of the Manhattan Beach Fire Department provides a support process to help meet the department’s mission and functional needs.
