Have you ever noticed that just about every article on landscaping in Southern California suggests using cacti and succulents? They’re perfect for our climate, especially for blending with native plants and grasses to create stunning, yet water-wise displays.
Join award-winning Succulent Enthusiast, Maria Capaldo to learn how to use these amazing plants in environments ranging from the windowsill to the front yard. A variety of samples will be available for sale. All proceeds donated to the Manhattan Beach Botanical Garden (MBBG).
This free class is located in the Amphitheater in the center of the Botanical Garden, on the west side of Polliwog Park. Free Parking next to the Botanical Garden on Peck Avenue, or the adjacent lot at the end of Peck Avenue off Manhattan Beach Boulevard.
Please contact Julie to register at (310) 546-1354, and leave a message regarding the class you would like to attend. You can refer to the Manhattan Beach Botanical Garden website to view the schedule of upcoming classes (only 4 classes remain!).
