The City of Manhattan Beach needs its residents to help create an updated Strategic Plan for the City. We want to be sure that we hear all the voices of our residents, so we're hosting a special Strategic Planning Input Session just for our Older Adults.
The City of Manhattan Beach uses its city-wide Strategic Plan to guide the decision-making at all levels of the organization. To facilitate the process, the City will be working with Julia Novak of The Novak Consulting Group. She will help host the special Strategic Planning Input Session after the regularly scheduled Lunch Bunch.
This event is for adults ages 55+. Lunch will be FREE for Manhattan Beach residents and $5 for non-residents. MB residents are invited to stay for the Strategic Planning Input Session immediately following lunch to offer their input on the goals and objectives of the City in upcoming years.
The City wants to hear from You. In order for the Strategic Planning process to succeed, the City of Manhattan Beach needs its residents to provide input and perspective on where the City should focus its energies in the coming years.
Please RSVP for the Lunch Bunch by calling (310) 802-5430.
For more information about the process and other ways to participate, visit the 2015 Strategic Planning webpage.
Residents are also invited to attend the City-Wide Strategic Planning Community Input Meeting later in the evening on Thursday, October 15, 2015 from 6pm to 9pm, also at Joslyn Community Center Auditorium. Click here to RSVP for that event.
