The City of Manhattan Beach Parks and Recreation Department Teen Center Big Bear Snowboarding Trips are open to all middle school and high school students living in Manhattan Beach, attending Manhattan Beach schools or to students whose parents work in the City of Manhattan Beach. Two trips will be taking place at Bear Mountain and one trip will be taking place at Snow Summit.
There are extensive terrain parks and many areas for beginners. Transportation will be provided by Adventures America charter bus service. Amenities on the bus include T.V.s, bathroom and reclining seats. Skiers are also welcome to join. Lessons are available at Bear Mountain Ski School for an additional fee.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Basket check and snowboard check are available at the mountain. If you plan on renting your equipment on your own, please plan on renting locally to maximize time on the mountain.
Check-In: 5:30 AM Return: 9:00 PM
Deadline: Four days prior to each trip date (NO REFUNDS AFTER REGISTRATION)

Join the Teen Center for its day trip to Bear Mountain. The trips are open to all middle and high school students living in Manhattan Beach or attending a Manhattan Beach School.
