     Assessments for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 - Public Hearing at the February 16, 2016 City Council
     Meeting; adopt resolution renewing the district and providing for the collection of assessments; ratify
     the 2016 North MB BID Advisory Board; review the proposed 2016 North MB BID budget and the
     2016 Enhancement Project and Activity plan.
