Composting Made Easy

Free Class at the Manhattan Beach Botanical Garden

Composting is nature’s way of recycling food and yard waste into a valuable and free organic fertilizer for your garden.  Learn simple composting techniques in this one hour workshop with Lisa Ryder-Moore. All levels are welcome – from the novice to the experienced. Residents can purchase a Compost Bin for $35 (a $99 value) or a Worm Bin for $35 (a $129 value).

Location: Amphitheatre in the center of the Garden. MBBG is on the west side of Polliwog Park.

Free Parking: Next to MBBG on Peck Avenue, or the adjacent lot at the north end of Peck Ave.

Prior Registration: Please let us know you’re coming, to assure we have enough handouts (or in case of class cancellation). Leave the name of class, your contact info, and number of people. (No confirmation callbacks unless requested.)
