Purchasing a holiday tree this season? Waste Management will recycle it for you from the curb!
Holiday Tree Recycling
WHEN: From Monday, December 26, 2016 through Saturday, January 14, 2017 on your regular collection day only.
WHERE: At the curb near your residential refuse carts.
HOW: Set the holiday tree at the curb (near carts) BY 7:00 AM for free pick up and recycling. Holiday trees must be no more than 7 feet long or cut into 7-foot sections. Please remove all lights, decorations, tinsel, ornaments, and metal stands before placing the tree at the curb. Flocked trees will be collected but cannot be recycled.
Prefer to take your tree down after January 14? That's okay! The tree will need to be cut into 4 foot sections and placed into your green waste cart.
