The project has two components: 1) to develop a Living Streets Manual and 2) to propose potential multimodal improvements on Aviation Boulevard through the South Bay region. Specifically, it will customize the Los Angeles County Living Streets Manual for the three South Bay cities and use it as a framework for potential improvements on Aviation Boulevard through the South Bay.
