Join City staff for a residential community meeting on November 2, 2017 from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM in the Police/Fire Conference Room (420 15th St.). City staff will provide a brief presentation on current solid waste services available to residents through its contract with Waste Management. Following the presentation, staff would like feedback on current solid waste services and ideas on any new solid waste services not already offered that would be of value to the community.
The City's solid waste franchise agreement with Waste Management will be expiring in June 2018. The City is initiating the open bidding process and performing outreach on current and future services.
