Plains West Coast Terminals (PWCT) owns and operates an underground oil transmission pipeline in Marine Avenue.  PWCT is conducting maintenance on the pipeline on Marine Avenue between Redondo Avenue and Herrin Street.  Crews are working in the westbound lane and setting up traffic control in the vicinity on Marine Avenue.

Construction is scheduled for this area from December 2, 2017 through January 10, 2018, during the City-approved hours of 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, from Monday to Friday.
