The community is invited to the official Swearing In Ceremony of Manhattan Beach Chief of Police, Derrick Abell.

At 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 16th in the Joslyn Community Center, the City Council and community of Manhattan Beach will recognize the passion and commitment of former Captain Abell, by swearing him in as Chief of Police. Following the ceremony, there will be a brief reception.
