Plains West Coast Terminals (PWCT) owns and operates an underground oil transmission pipeline in Marine Avenue. PWCT is conducting maintenance on the pipeline on Marine Avenue between Aviation Boulevard and Sepulveda Boulevard. Crews are working in the westbound lane and setting up traffic control in the vicinity on Marine Avenue.

Construction is scheduled for this area from January 29, 2018 through July 02, 2018, during the City-approved hours of 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, from Monday to Friday.
