The Living Streets Design Manual Project has two components: 1) to develop a customized Living Streets Manual and 2) to propose potential multimodal improvements on Aviation Boulevard through the South Bay region.  Specifically, it will customize the Los Angeles County Living Streets Manual for the three South Bay cities and use it as a framework for potential improvements on Aviation Boulevard through the South Bay.
