FREE WORKSHOP: Moving Toward Zero Waste: Minimizing Your Impact on the Environment

Zero waste is a philosophy that redesigns our systems and resource use – from product design to disposal – to prevent wasteful and polluting practices. The South Bay Environmental Services Center (SBESC) is holding a workshop to help make your residence zero waste. The SBESC will cover topics including:

 

 ❖Overview of Zero Waste

❖ Sanitation Districts: Past, Present, Future

❖ What’s Up with Food Waste?

❖ Waste Free at Home and Office

❖ Composting Overview and Resources
