The project entails removal and replacement of select curb ramps, sidewalk, curb and gutter, asphalt concrete removal and replacement. Normal working hours will be between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Roadways are subject to reduced travel lanes between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Temporary “NO PARKING” signs will be posted at least 48 hours in advance of the actual work on your street with the dates and times that parking is restricted. Access for emergency vehicles, pedestrians and traffic will be maintained at all times. Also, trash pickup and mail service will not be impacted. We ask that you refrain from running excess water into the gutter during construction as it may delay improvements. Rain could have an impact on project schedule.
Please keep children and pets away from construction zones. Please note that asphalt paving products contain oil and are very hot and sticky to the touch when applied. Once asphalt is placed it needs ample time to cool down.
