Both Waste Management and Athens Services will be observing the Thanksgiving Day holiday; therefore, a modified residential service schedule will be in place.

Refuse (Waste Management)
Waste Management will be observing the Thanksgiving Day holiday; therefore, a modified residential refuse schedule will be in place for collection days November 28-29, 2019.  Collection will be delayed by one day.  Therefore, Thursday's residential route will be collected on Friday and Friday's residential route will be collected on Saturday.

Street Sweeping (Athens Services)
Athens will be observing Thanksgiving Day on Thursday, November 28, 2019; therefore, no street sweeping will occur that day and the route will not be made up.  If you have questions regarding your street sweeping service please contact Athens Services at (888) 336-6100.  Check out all the holidays observed by Athens Services which will affect service days.

The Police Department will not ticket for street sweeping on Thursday, November 28, 2019.
