This meeting has been cancelled in response to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). In addition, the City of Manhattan Beach has closed the Joslyn Community Center and cancelled all Older Adult Programming until the end of April 2020. This action is taken out of an abundance of caution, and to protect the health and safety of the public, and older adults in particular that are vulnerable to COVID-19. The nine-member Senior Advisory Committee works in conjunction with the Parks and Recreation Department’s Older Adults Program to make recommendations regarding the delivery of senior programs, activities and policies.
