El Porto - Underground Utility Project construction for Districts (UUAD) 9-12 and 19-14 (Districts 12 and 14) began on October 5, 2020.

This phase of construction is anticipated to be ongoing for up to ten months, and it will involve trenching, conduit placement, and vault installation in the roadways within the districts.
