COVID-19 Implications on Brain Health Presented by The South Bay Dementia Education Consortium and Beach Cities Health District (BCHD)

COVID-19 has forever changed our lives. While COVID-19 is a respiratory illness, it has impacted brain health in many ways due to the isolation and loneliness many have experienced as well as the pathological changes the virus can impose upon the body. Dr. Diaz-Santos will discuss the effect of COVID-19 on brain health as well as dementia diagnosis and treatment.
