California's Master Plan for Aging Presentation
The LWV Beach Cities and the MB Senior Resources Committee are inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. The topic is The California Master Plan for Aging, A Road Map for Change. The speaker is Dr. Donna Benton, research associate at USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology, Director of the USC Family Caregiver Support Center and Senate Appointee to the CA Task Force on Family Caregiving. In 2019, she was appointed to the Governor's Stakeholder Advisory Committee, a group of civic leaders who helped put together the Plan. Donna believes "The master plan on aging has the potential to improve long term care, wellness, health and mental health services for all generations in CA." This presentation is free.
