2021 Pumpkin Race

READY, SET, GO! Get your pumpkin racers to our 30th Annual Pumpkin Race on Sunday, October 24th! Race a pumpkin down Manhattan Beach Boulevard and take part in the spectacle of the Manhattan Beach Pier area transformed into Pumpkin Race Land, where creativity runs wild and cheaters never prosper. Enjoy fun activities for all ages, make your own pumpkin racer and feel the thrill for what promises to be the most fun and unusual Halloween event your family has ever experienced! Don’t forget to show off your costume and bring your Halloween spirit! Races begin at 2:00 PM sharp.

The 30th Annual World Famous Pumpkin Race Festival is a FREE event and will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at the Manhattan Pier beginning at 12:00 PM.

The day long Downtown Halloween Festival and Pumpkin Race will be filled with fun, excitement, surprises and laughter for all ages.

TURBO PASS - SOLD OUT
By signing up for a Turbo Pass, you'll have access to the Pumpkin Race Turbo Pass line! Check-in before your allotted time slot to grab your pass, then race your pumpkin between the times listed below. Please keep in mind, your Pumpkin Race Turbo Pass will become invalid after the time you signed up for has passed. Although the Turbo Pass aka Fast Pass is sold out, you can still race your pumpkin during the event by waiting in line.
