Coloring has the therapeutic potential to reduce anxiety, create focus, and bring about more mindfulness. Like meditation, coloring allows the brain to switch off other thoughts and focus. Older Adults Color Your World Plus, it's fun! Come join us every Tuesday for some relaxation and creativity. All skill levels are welcome. Pencils and some coloring books are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.
