Free Backyard Composting and Organics Recycling Workshop 
Join us for a FREE workshop that will teach you about backyard composting techniques and the curbside organics recycling program! The workshop lasts one hour, is open to the public and all levels are welcome. Manhattan Beach residents can purchase a discounted backyard compost bin at the workshop or order year-round directly from Waste Management at (310) 830-7100.

The event will take place Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at the Botanical Garden inside Polliwog Park.  Waste Management hosts the composting class series as part of its franchise agreement with the City of Manhattan Beach.
