PARKING 
Public parking is available adjacent to City Hall via 15th Street parking lot entrance. For additional parking in the City, please visit the interactive City Parking Lots.

  • If it is a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911.
  • If it is a non-life-threatening emergency please call Police Dispatch (310) 545-4566 to report the emergency and stand-by City staff will be available to respond as necessary.

Information and assistance from the Registration Helpdesk is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Online registration can be done 24 hours a day. The service requires a nonrefundable convenience fee of 5.85% of the total charges.
