The City Council, at its regular meeting on December 6, 2016, conducted a noticed public hearing, received public testimony, considered the community's input and revised the Final Draft Downtown Specific Plan to reflect those changes. The table below provides each chapter in its final format as well as the Redline Strikeout version for any chapter showing revisions. The Final Downtown Specific Plan is composed of nine Chapters and a four-part Appendices.
