Final Downtown Specific Plan (Repealed October 16, 2018)

On December 6, 2016, the City Council approved the Final Draft Downtown Specific Plan (DTSP). On August 9, 2018, the California Coastal Commission made a final decision to approve the DTSP with 27 modifications related to the Coastal Act's Chapter 3 policies. In light of the CCC's final decision, on October 16, 2018, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 18-0022 rejecting the California Coastal Commission's final decision on the DTSP, and adopted Resolution No. 18-0023 repealing the DTSP and related Amendments.
