Draws and Refund
Final day to register in-person is July 9, 2024 at City Hall by 4:30 PM or online by the end of the day (11:55 PM) on July 9, 2024. It is anticipated draws will be posted at Live Oak Tennis Facility on July 12, 2024 (subject to change) and online. Once draws have been made, it is unlikely that any accommodations can be made. No refunds will be given after the draw is made.

Minimum Draw Size
If a division does not meet a minimum of 8 entries, it may be cancelled. Entrants in a cancelled division will be given the option of a refund or participation in a higher division (if open).

Maximum Draw Size
All singles divisions are limited to 32 participants with the exception of the Open divisions which is limited to 64 participants. All doubles divisions are limited to 16 participants with the exception of the Open divisions which is limited to 32 participants. Entries may close at any time.

MATCH (SCORING) FORMAT
Matches through Quarterfinals will be played as 2 tiebreak sets with a 10-point match tiebreak for the third set. Semi-finals and Finals for Open Singles ONLY will be played as a full 2 of 3 sets.

WITHDRAWING OR MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ENTRY PRIOR TO THE CLOSING DATE
If entries have not yet closed, a player may withdraw or make changes to their entry. Once entries close, entry fees are non-refundable. We recommend that an alternate be substituted in place of the player(s) who cannot attend. Please note that any substitution(s) must be cleared by the tournament director if the seeding has been completed.

Tournament Rules
A waiting list will be generated if division draws are full. If a withdrawal occurs, wait-listed players will be notified.

  • Players must be available to play on Thursday and Friday after noon, Saturday after 8:00 AM and Sunday after 9:00 AM
  • Open Singles players must also be available for play after 8:00 AM on Friday
  • Singles sticks will be used
  • Single elimination
  • Best 2 of 3 set
  • No-ad scoring for amateur divisions and open division doubles with a Super Tie-break for the 3rd set
  • Regular scoring for open single divisions
  • For Open Singles ONLY: Matches through Quarterfinals will be played as 2 tiebreak sets with a 10-point match tiebreak for the third set. Semi-finals and Finals will be played as a 2 of 3 full sets.
  • 12 point tiebreaker at 6 games all
  • 10-minute warm-up which includes serves
  • Foot faults will be called
  • Proper tennis attire is required
  • Must wear shirts and soft-sole shoes
  • Electronic devices such as cell phones and headsets will not be allowed during play
  • A roving referee will be at each venue
  • Some of the finals matches will be chaired
  • Players are to check in at the location of each of their matches
  • Times for matches on Friday through Sunday may be adjusted
  • Be sure to check with the Tournament Desk for final match times
  • Players must play to current Marine League, NTRP or USTA Ratings
  • In doubles, if two players on the same team are at different classification levels, the team must play at the higher level.
