REC Camp coincides with MBUSD breaks (Fall, Winter, Ski Week and Spring). If your child is registered during a month that includes a camp, they will be automatically enrolled at no extra charge. These camps are located at Manhattan Heights Park and Live Oak Park from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The Afterschool REC Program and REC Camp are closed on Labor Day (September 2, 2024), Thanksgiving (November 28 and 29, 2024), Christmas Day (December 25, 2024), New Year's Day (January 1, 2025), and Memorial Day (May 26, 2025). 

Please note activities are subject to change based on weather and field maintenance.

REC Camp Sample SchedulePlease bring a healthy bag lunch, and refillable water bottle. Campers are encouraged appropriate clothing and comfortable footwear as the majority of activities will be outdoor. Campers will be split into groups of 10 campers maximum and that will be their group for the day (siblings will be placed together). Check out a sample daily schedule (PDF) for REC Camp.

Registration confirmation must be brought to staff upon arrival to camp. Any children not registered prior to attending the REC Camp program will not be able to stay.
